Hello folks and thank you for tuning in to the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this Webinar, we are going to illuminate the importance of a simple but very important tool called a "checklist."  I have recently read a book entitled, "The Checklist Manifesto," by Atul Gawande, and it certainly called my attention to the importance of a "READ-DO" checklist.  Now, our training manuals published by ADR-NOW! LLC have checklists in them to help you, the listener and reader, follow along.  But I was not aware of the impact that a checklist has had on the execution of the Foreclosure Dispute Resolution Strategy or our Debt Validation Strategy.

I have always employed the use of a checklist, a "to do" list, or some sort of "list" to maintain my sanity and remind me of what needed to be done, when and why.  This outstanding book has punctuated that importance and we will discuss the reason why you must follow the checklists in our etraining manuals in order to achieve the level of success that surgeons, engineers, attorneys, and every day business folks enjoy when using a checklist.

Be sure to tune in to the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar every Saturday and Sunday at 6:00PM at www.blogtalkradio.com/adrnow.
