Hello folks and thank you for tuning in the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Webinar.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this Foreclosure Dispute Resolution Webinar, we will update you on the foreclosure case involving CITIMORTGAGE.  One of our listeners had picked up a copy of the Foreclosure Dispute Resolution eTraining Manual, followed the step-by-step instructions, staved off a foreclosure by simply filing a reply.  Subsequently, the Court set a date for a hearing on the Motion to Dismiss Lis Pendens based upon robo-signed documents used in the foreclosure suit, filed by our listener.

On Monday, May 21, 2012, a hearing was held on the issue.  While the court did not dismiss the action in its entirety, it did order a mediation session to be held on the matter.  Remember, in the state of Florida, mediation is no longer mandatory, but can still be held if the court would deem it appropriate.

I have been coordinating the mediation session with the law firm Morris, Hardwick and Schneider, LLC, attorneys for CITIMORTGAGE.  Great folks there at the firm and I am looking forward to a successful resolution in foreclosure suit.
