Hello folks and thank you for tuning in to another episode of the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Show.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this episode, we will discuss an action that you can take if you believe that a debt collector has gotten an unlawful judgment against you.  As illuminated in recent news reports, most of the time the debt collection agency did not serve the presumptive debtor in question with a summons to appear in court.  Other times, the debt was certified as true and correct by a "robo-signer" but was not true and correct.   And finally, the assets currently under seizure may be exempt from collection.

If you believe you are the victim of an unlawful judgment as appears on your credit bureau report, you must tune in for this episode!
