Hello folks, and thank you for tuning in to another episode of the ADR-NOW! Foreclosure Mediation Internet Radio Show.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this episode, we will cover "The Five-Stage Model of Mediation."  This model of mediation was developed at Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, one of the nation's leading graduate schools for alternative dispute resolution.  The mediation model presented in our Foreclosure Mediation Training Manual has been revised and refined as a result of experiences as they relate to my exposure to conflict resolution, my training as a mediator, arbitrator, negotiator, at Adams State College and the American Center for Conflict Resolution Institute, and proprietary applications.

If you have been served with a Lis Pendens, Notice of Default, Notice of Acceleration, or just want to explore your options because you see trouble on the horizon, you must tune in!
