Hello folks, and thank you for listening to the ADR-NOW! Internet Radio Show.  I am your host, Anthony Johnson.

In this episode, we will have a discussion on how to negotiate effectively with your lender.  We will learn how to negotiate a resolution of your liking, without giving in.  The foundational basis of this type of negotiation was inspired by the book, "Getting To Yes," by Roger Fisher and William Ury, of the Harvard Negotiation Project and Program on Negotiation At Harvard Law School.

We will cover how to negotiate on the merits, or interest-based negotiation using principles established by the Harvard Negotiation Project.

If you have been served with a Lis Pendens, Notice of Default, Notice of Acceleration, or just want to be proactive because you see trouble coming on the horizon, be sure to tune in.
