Mega Pastors are Millionaires and the Members are Broke

Black Churches collected over $420 Billion from Tithes, Offerings & Donations between 1980 and 2013. 

However, the black poverty levels have remained over 25% in the same period of time between 1980 and 2013. The poverty rate for all African Americans in 2011 was 28.1% which is an increase from 25.5% in 2005. 

Basically many of the Mega Churches' Members are Broke, whilre their Pastors are Millionaires, is this Right or is this Wrong?
