Love is unselfish, loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another, the fatherly concern of God for man, brotherly concern for others, and a person’s adoration of God.  That is one of the definitions in the Webster’s dictionary.  Gods love for us is unconditional meaning it is not limited.  When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden and disobeyed God, His love for them did not cease.  God made provision for their sin, in Genesis 3:15 “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”  This was the promise of the Messiah our Lamb slain our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  This is the Fatherly love God committed, to send his son to die in our place and redeem us back to Himself.
