Hey I love the idea of your show and will listen to it. However I am doing a similar show called Recovering Alcoholics and Addicts and would be delighted to interview you on the show as a guest. If I could be a guest on yours too then we could help each other out. Thanks: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Dylan-Cook

Dear Renee, I came to your page to thank you for listening to my show, Glow With The Flow on The Vortex Network but soon realized I am here to share what you do with a friend whose daughter is addicted to heroin. Thank you for checking out my show. By doing so, you may have helped save a life. Many blessings to you for the important work you do, and stay in the Flow! United in Love, Sheryl Lynn

    Addiction Alchemy: Tears for Fears

Listen in as we talk about the influence of tears on our fears. The healing rain of our tears as we experience the release of emotion is something most of us can attest to. So why do we still feel like we are weak when we cry, or we get embarrassed by our tears? Tears are the primary way that we release emotions that are coursing through our body, mind and soul. They are also a messenger to let us know how we are feeling deep down. But if we turn them off, then we start to shutdown our ability for our body and mind to communicate effectively. Unfortunately, once we start shutting down, fear and other painful emotions can become grid locked in our bodies and can settle quite literally in our cells. Just a reminder to let the tears flow!

    Addiction Alchemy: Sacred Geometry

Beneath the apparent chaos is an underlying order that we often cannot see with our physical eyes. Learning about sacred geometry and symbology and imagery can open us up to second sight and an even deeper understanding of the cosmos. Geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, and cosmology. This value system is seen as widespread even in prehistory, a cultural universal of the human condition. It is foundational to creating sacred space, energy vortexes and portals which can open us up to powers and forces possibly beyond our current limited knowledge and belief systems. Join us to discover the divine matrix and the hidden machine of the universe!

    Addiction Alchemy: Fun & Play

Having fun and play time is not an option. It is vital to allow ourselves to experience joyful, uplifting activities and events to fuel our ability to not only heal ourselves, but to stimulate our creativity. If the journey is the destination and getting present to our lives is where we have the power to make changes we need to make it as attractive as possible to be in the moment! There's no better way to do that than to integrate good times and things we deeply enjoy into our lives routinely! In other words, it's your job to have fun!
