Omg! I'm an Upward Bound graduate! Everything you said is true about the curriculum. We used to go to restaurants and learn how to use the utensils and we would go to plays.

Could you vary your description of the program to include each week's topics? It would make it easier to go back through programs and find topics of interest. Also, if on one week there one topic that I want to hear, I can tune in and wait for that topic. Right now, I'm not at all interested in economic models, shrimp farming, etc., when I tuned into hear about America's obsession with race.
