Pastor Vince ministers under the anointing, powerfully reaching with simplicity and understanding.  He has a prophetic call on his life and is very sensitive to the Holy Spirit when ministering to God’s people. He is known by his unique ability to illustrate and demonstrate the Word of God.  Under the leadership of Pastor Goard, Faith Deliverance continues to grow not only in size but in the wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and mastery of the Word of God.

Pastor Goard believes in the 5 principle priorities God set for His people:  1-God,  2-Family,  3– Ministry,  4-Job,  5-Everything Else. 

He has a special burden for families as a whole.  Therefore he makes sure that he fortifies his house by sowing time with his wife, Lady Toemeika and children, Seth & Zoie.
