Life can be extremely challenging at times, we might be experiecing moments in which are more stressful than others. By developing healthy ways in which we deal and tackle that stress, we can diminish how that stress affects us througout our lives. Here are 5 ways in which I try to diminsh my stress. Remember, stress is a part of our lives, we can't completely get rid of it, we can only develop ways in which we react to it. Choose to react in a positive form instead of closing yourself out to healthy possibilities.
