I find myself having continous conversations about the importance of mental health. Growing up, I always felt that I wasn't "okay" and eventually, I decided to get help to feel okay, and here we are. The moment we begin to realized that it's okay to not be okay, is the moment we will begin to change the negative views on mental health. Open yourself to oppurtunities to grow and change. Tonight topic is an encouragement piece, why you shouldn't care what others thoughts and opinions of your mental health should be and why seeking treatment, is a rebelious but admiralble act.
