Here is link to get Dr. Wayne Dyer's affirmations so you can follow along with me http://www.drwaynedyer.com/enews Before Show Thoughts Father's Day and I am starting a new program for myself and others. I love the early morning hours. I will be doing my Sunday show at 7:00 am starting next week or maybe even 6:00am when it gets hotter. I am sitting in the green chairs and reading pages 124-125 from "Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life" and I realize why I chose morning when stillness rules! I sit with the dogs, Cleo and Buffy, and listen to the mockingbird, other birds, and the distant barking of other dogs. there is the occasional sound of motor vehicles to remind me that there is a city nearby. I see the birds who enjoy the birdseed I have spread on the ground and placed in the bird feeder. I had to get the hot dogs so I can continue to train the dogs and have brought the "clicker". I also have a cup of water in my wonderful cup from the tea set I found, and forming my thoughts around a early morning tea ceremony on Sundays. I will have to work on a time table and then grow the idea until I have a group of 20 people. I really love this project and look forward to what it brings. Life is Great when you are alive to enjoy it. After Show Thoughts Found out I need the anti-glare screen when I am outside - duh!! The red gladiolus are lifting their blooms high in the air and the magenta ones are starting to peek out from the leaves. The swirls in the dirt are a wonderful addition to my morning routine (thanks Flylady) Just think I get my exercise and make something beautiful at the same time without a lot of effort. I don;t plan to do a design, just whatever comes to me each time I rake the ground. The whole idea is to explain change, letting go, and discipline. Watched 5 sparrows (I think) chase a crow (i also think) through the sky. Those are feisty little birds who know what they want. My plans for the "keyhole garden" is turning into a "tipi garden" and I will be able to fit a tipi over the garden in the winter. That will give me a few more days - maybe even months - to enjoy tomatoes, herbs, and other veggies. Until next week - enjoy yourself
