A Book and a Chat with Dr Friedemann Schaub

For my 600th show my guest is Dr Friedemann Schaub was previosuly due to be a guest on "A Book and a Chat" but had to pull out at the last minute, sao it's good to have another go and chatting to him.

He is the author of "The Fear and Anxiety Solution" a book that shares a  beakthrough process for healing and empowerment with your subconscious mind.
