In "The Fathers Love" my guest on today's "A Book and a Chat shares with us a fathers worst nightmare, a missing child.

The book tells how he confronted depression, fatigue, and evil on a cross-country search for his missing son. “Ideas of what to do next to help find David seemed to constantly flood my thinking,” Moore says. “Yet the negative side, thinking the worst of what might have happened to my son, was always occupying my mind. Though sleep was dearly needed, it was not welcomed, for even in sleep I was tormented.” Becoming increasingly desperate and having done all that is humanly possible without results, what will he do? In this amazing true story, readers will experience Moore's anguish in going through a parents worst nightmare—a missing child.
But the book also shares how, through his fear, Dave confronted his soul's emptiness and eventually learned the heavenly Father's Love. This is a story of love, hope, the power of prayer, and miracles of God. Dave is now a chaplain serving through Victorious Life Church of God in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He volunteers to pray with the sick and the lost in hospitals, nursing homes, prison, and jails
