This Week in Accountable Care is a summary digest of key ACO developments, leading up to the staggered 2012 'go live' dates for program implementation. Our intention is to focus on and answer the key strategic question: 'Will it, in fact, can it be different this time? Will ACOs/accountable care enterprises, as described in various other 'tongue and cheek' contexts as "ACO's are like unicorns. Everyone knows what they look like and no one's ever seen one," said Robert J. Margolis, M.D., be able to deliver the quality, cost and cultural transformation to re-engineer the seemgly change resistant, 'whack-a-mole' healthcare 'borg?' Join us!
