We scan, track, report and inform the emerging Accountable Care and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Industry. This Week in Accountable Care is a summary digest of key ACO developments, leading up to the staggered 2012 'go live' dates for program implementation. Our intention is to focus on and answer the key strategic question: 'Will it, in fact, can it be different this time? Will ACOs/accountable care enterprises, as described in various other 'tongue and cheek' contexts as "ACO's are like unicorns.
