In part 2 of Life Skills for an ACoA, I'll be discussing behaviors that we take for granted and exhibit in ways that can be harmful and detrimental to the success of our interactions. These behaviors include expressing feelings, initiating contact, and asking people to change their behaviors. As an ACoA, we may not have learned the most effective ways to react to these situations. By learning new perspectives on life skills we can accept that change is possible and work towards strengthening and broadening these behaviors to better suit our lives.
