Theresa J Thurmond Morris, Author, Entrepreneur is also a veteran and has learned that Talk Therapy works well with her husband who is also a veteran however he was in many fire fights. TJ being a caregiver has learned to be patient while friends come to her for moral support with their problems.

This has allowed Theresa aka TJ to become one who enjoys sharing others lives. TJ has learned to allow others to share their lives to give some connection to that which she calls the energy of all living things as spirit. 

Spirit is found in the living and TJ believes we are to share it to heal ourselves and each other. TJ wants to adlib and see what will be discussed among her friends whom she has never met but has become friends with in cyberspace.
