Dr. Dan Edmonds is a true pioneer and supporter of children and their families. He has a fundamental knowledge of what entails every parent who is facing crisis and dilemna in our Juvenile Courts and has been a great help to me and perhaps many others who were facing medical diagnosing by our courts.

I put up this week a link to some of his reasearch where you can subscribe to his YouTube channel as I have requested that he put up more videos of his research and findings in the arena of mental health and perhaps he can bring us some clarity where this effects our children who are removed to never been seen again by we the parents who love our children so dearly.

For not every child is removed via a real abuse. But by what Society and This horrible Department of Children and Families overzelous guise of protecting children.

Are our courts violating HIPPA laws? That is something we should all be looking into, whether or not these courts are violating the law when they are dipping into court files and reading over our cases. Cases that madate us to attend therapeutic counseling, sessions, medical treatment, and so forth... Did you per say sign any consent for release of your medical information and file to be read by "every person" who has had access to your personal medical data? When you are being diagnosed per say by a DCF prosecutor, a judge, or case manager?  I don't recall every signing a consent, and if I do, it would only be valid perhaps for one year. Or perhaps, they only have permission to use what was made available to these court actors but not by everyone. Has someone violated your right to medical privacy? I believe we can come back and file medical malpractice on these agencies who are releasing our information without asking for our consent. Think about it.

You can go to any of the agencies that are holding your children hostage and look up their history, their mission statement.. Does it reflect what they are doing, helping strengthen a family. All of these things are useful when you are in court. Look up your public defender. See what you find on them.
