Noreen Gosch - Child Abduction and Human Trafficking

My guest today will be Noreen Gosch, mother of kidnap victim of Johnny Gosch, and author of the Johnny Gosch Bill, which became a law in July of 1984 and mandates immediate police involvement when a child is missing. It has since been adopted by eight additional states.
