Raising Adults

For those of us who have kids, we always look at them as our "babies" whether they are 4 or 40.  But the reality is that we are not raising kids from age 0 to 18, we are raising adults.  What we teach our kids and the examples we set for them everyday help to form the adults that they will become.  So how and what do you teach your kids about money?  Or do you teach them at all?
