Blair's Equine Rescue in Kentucky

This organization is a non-breed specific dedicating itself to the rescue, healing and new home placement for abused, neglected and mistreated horses. Marcia is an avid horse-lover and all around "critter person". Marcia has experienced and seen, first-hand, what neglect, abuse and injury can do to a horse and is appalled by the conditions many horses are forced to live under.
