Author Angela Thomas- Smith started AAALAC to bring awareness to African American authors across the USA and abroad. I’ve been working with youth since 2009 and I noticed that there were not a lot of diversity in children books and across the board. So I decided to launch AAALAC (African American Author Literacy Awareness Campaign) October of 2016 after I became a first-time author. This AAALAC was started October 2016 Our Mission is to bring awareness to African American authors and literacy within our communities throughout the USA. Our goal is that we all will collaborate and support each other. Share events and tips that will help us all thrive as pillars in our communities.   I want people that truly understand and support the vision because it’s not a game or a job it’s a passion because we all are authors and we take to heart what we do.  I want everyone to leave with an experience not just having a good time. I want people to leave feeling like the experienced the ultimate E3Expereince. What’s the E3Experience is stands for Educate, Empower and Encourage. Over the next 24months starting January 2018 we want to hit all 50 states. I believe that it’s a must if we have authors representing these states that we must visit them as well. We are currently working on Texas, California, Pennsylvania and DMV area for the first part of the AAALAC 2nd Annual Chasing Your Dream Tour. Feel free to call the questline at 657 383 0771, we will much appreciate the call- in support, I am your host for this showcase Brenda Moss aka LadyDiva your host with the most, thank you
