Supers are given other titles like traveling mechanics and facilities managers etc.. they don't get paid overtime even though they do manual labor 95% of the time. They also give these phony titles so not to pay workers comp and other benifits.

I believe that lots of NY employers are so corrupt when it comes down to classifying the suppers of their big buildings.
