Wheatle Peart is a social consulting business that helps business become socially responsible through helping them implement economic development projects. Wheatle Peart has several initiatives: Social Consulting, Youth Business Seminar, Global Professional Volunteer, Builders of Green - Building Environment friendly businesses, Business Executive Event, and Wheatle Peart Socially Responsible Charity Gala.

Tonietta Wheatle, the Founder and President of Wheatle Peart, from an early age had an entrepreneurial and philanthropic spirit. She wanted to make a difference and achieve what her grandparents and parents were not able to achieve. She has an extensive background in financial management, grant management, community development, youth and adult program development, non profit organization management, and business restructuring. She has economic development experience in fields such as environment, construction, health awareness, low income housing, technology, ex-offender /at-risk development program designing, and education. She has worked on major community and economic development projects nationally and internationally. She has sat on the (Chicago) North Lawndale Wireless Committee, sponsored by Motorola that supported a wireless initiative for low income families. Tonietta has also served on a local YouthBuild/AmeriCorps Advisory Committee. Currently she sits on the Technology for Humanity Committee assisting in technology and youth initiative implementation. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Technology for Humanity. She is also part of the NFL”Bound to Glory” technology youth program initiative. In addition, she is a member of the Metropolitan Club, LUNGevity Foundation Gala Committee, City of Chicago After School Matter Regional Advisory Committee, and the Business Alliance Committee. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Her interest in global economic development peaked while conducting public health expenditures research in Mexico City, Mexico. In 2005, she went on to earn her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Roosevelt University while contracting with various business departments at WTTW Channel 11 and Youth Conservation Corps. Currently, Tonietta Wheatle is working on her Doctorate of Business Administration. She resides in Chicago and has the support of her family that is based in England, United States, and Jamaica.

Wheatle Peart International Impact

Wheatle Peart was proud to partner with Mandeville New Testament Church in Mandeville, Jamaica to host the first Wheatle Peart Business Camp. Youth learned various components of entrepreneurship, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and how they can use their business skills to contribute to the economic growth of Jamaica.



WHEATLE PEART INTERNATIONAL IMPACT:
 Wheatle Peart has been able to assist abroad in Jamaica. As you walk through Mandeville, Jamaica you would see a community filled with vibrant people. There are approximately, 30,000 people in Mandeville, Jamaica. It is in the Parish of Manchester that has approximately 190,000 people. Wheatle Peart was proud to partner with Mandeville New Testament Church in Mandeville, Jamaica to host the first Wheatle Peart Business Camp. Youth learned various components of entrepreneurship, macroeconomics, microeconomics, and how they can use their business skills to contribute to the economic growth of Jamaica. During the program youth created business plans that focused on enhancing Jamaica current economic standing. At the end of the program the youth presented their business plans along with taking an exam that tested their knowledge on key concepts such as SWOT analysis, target market, and the various part of creating a business plan. This advance learning opportunity allowed youth to examine the global market and Jamaica’s place in the growing global economy. Mandeville New Testament church’s youth Pastor Garfield Anderson received special acknowledgment for his dedication to the youth in Mandeville, Jamaica. Youth that participated came from school in Jamaica such as Knox College High, Bellefield High School, and several other high schools in the area. Youth in the program received various incentives along with an entrepreneurship certificate and other business development enhancements. Special thanks to Ingrid Peart-Wilmot, Vice President of Global Affairs for Wheatle Peart. She oversaw the launch of this project that touched the lives of many youth in the Mandeville, Jamaica community.
