Constitutional violations include, but are not limited to: 1) The Iraq invasion in violation of the war powers clauses, 2) The Federal Reserve System’s violation of the money clauses, 3) The USA Patriot Act’s violation of the privacy clauses, 4) The direct taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses, 5) The gun control laws in violation of the Second Amendment, 6) The failure to enforce immigration laws in violation of the “faithfully execute clause.” 7) The construction of a "North American Union" without constitutional authority -- Anyone who believes that the current system of governance in America now stands as a mere shadow of the visionary construct penned by our Founders with Divine Providence, who believes that our Republic faces grave and imminent risks, and who believes that the Constitution cannot defend itself, have a responsibility to do what they can to restore it themselves. Continental Congress 2009 project: The Pheasant Run Conference Center will host CC 2009 from November 9-22. A contract was signed on Monday, August 10, 2009. Pheasant Run is located 28 miles west of Chicago in the community of St. Charles, Illinois.     Today we have Tom DeWeese, President of the American Policy Center, (americanpolicy.org) to talk about the revived effort to assemble a Constitutional Convention here in the USA which could effectively declare the U.S. Constitution to be null and void. The United States has not assembled such a Convention since 1787, when a Constitutional Convention replaced the Articles of Confederation with the U.S. Constitution. Given the fact that Washington, D.C., is comprised mostly of Big-Government liberals and neocons, it is almost certain that the founders'Constitution -- which was founded on the principles of Natural Law that protects individual liberty -- would be replaced with some sort of "collective rights" document protecting an ambiguous 'common good.' At that point, there is no more United States of America. There would be no more Bill of Rights protecting individuals from governmental abuse and overreach. Furthermore, the principles of Natural Law would be forever removed as a basis of all our nation's laws and statutes. The nation that had been bequeathed to us by our forebears would be gone forever.

    Today we'll have William Raymond, pastor and ambassador for Christ (www.thechurchatSalem.info) talking about the government seizure of the church at Salem, and their 3 hour documentary DVD titled, 'Seized for Refusing to Incorporate - The Story of the church at Salem. A few years ago his church in Salem, NJ, was siezed for refusing to incorporate after a 6.5 year battle with local authorities. Things like this cannot be tolerated by a free society. Most churches in our country have become a corporation, or a business, and/or a 501C3 organization under State and Federal law. However, if a church does not want to become a business, how could that possibly be turned into a crime?

    Today we have John A. Crockett, a.k.a. Dr. Mike Robe(tm) of Mother Nature’s Farms, Inc. (magicsoil.com). I have a photo that shows me standing next to some corn in my garden, that grew to 12.1’ tall, with no chemicals, growing in compost amended soil, NO insect pests either. This proves that chemical fertilizers are not needed. Our Mission at MNF is to convert organic wastes into high quality soils and soil conditioners for all those involved in growing plants, landscapers, homeowners, and nurseries. We can compost our organic residuals, turning them into premium top soil instead of treating them as waste, sending them to incinerators to create deadly Dioxin and toxic ash, or burying them in landfills to haunt future generations. We can compost all the organics that go out the back doors of restaurants and supermarkets, and many others, also. The organic approach is sustainable and produces better results at lower costs in the long run. Over the past 50 years our soil quality has deteriorated dramatically because of reckless use of petro-chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
