Continental Congress 2009 project: The Pheasant Run Conference Center will host CC 2009 from November 9-22. A contract was signed on Monday, August 10, 2009. Pheasant Run is located 28 miles west of Chicago in the community of St. Charles, Illinois. Mark consults with lawmakers and groups all over the country about the Real ID Act. He has provided testimony numerous times. Mark was a confidant of some the most senior people in the biometrics and document production industry. He uncovered several acts of wrongdoing that he provided the federal government. When it was obvious the government was not going to make the investigation itself public or the results of the investigation public, Mark began to speak out. Examples of biometrics are fingerprinting, facial recognition and iris scanning technology. Mark is currently on a six state tour meeting with citizens, groups and lawmakers. His final destination on this tour will be Washington D.C.
