For whatever reasons, our Government has by it's actions, in effect, declared war against the People. The USA Government has not only been flagrantly violating its own Constitution, it now refuses to respond or even acknowledge the People's Petitions for Redress of these Grievances despite the fact the Constitution requires the Government to do so. Constitutional violations include, but are not limited to: 1) The Iraq invasion in violation of the war powers clauses, 2) The Federal Reserve System’s violation of the money clauses, 3) The USA Patriot Act’s violation of the privacy clauses, 4) The direct taxes on labor in violation of the tax clauses, 5) The gun control laws in violation of the Second Amendment, 6) The failure to enforce immigration laws in violation of the “faithfully execute clause.” 7) The construction of a "North American Union" without constitutional authority -- Anyone who believes that the current system of governance in America now stands as a mere shadow of the visionary construct penned by our Founders with Divine Providence, who believes that our Republic faces grave and imminent risks, and who believes that the Constitution cannot defend itself, have a responsibility to do what they can to restore it themselves. Rick Olivera is an former pastor and now an evangelist whom the Lord has called to work with the Biblical Law Center (unregisteredbaptistfellowship.com) in the area of church-state law. The BIBLICAL LAW CENTER is a ministry of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple. The mission of the BLC is to serve New Testament churches as founded by the Lord Jesus Christ. Our ministry includes calling state registered churches (incorporated or unincorporated associations) to repentance and to thereby return Jesus Christ as the exclusive, sovereign, separated and Holy Head of His Church. We serve in legal matters to assist in terminating any and all unholy alliances and/or entanglements of the churches with the state. The BLC has helped scores of churches in the United States to organize or reorganize in such a way that they have been able to carry on their ministries without the intrusion of state government at any level. However, the goal of the BLC is not to simply help churches to escape from tyrannical government, but rather to arrange their affairs in a way in which they are obedient to the Lord Jesus Christ in the area of church polity and practice.

Tonight we have a presentation by Jim Bourland with the American Leadership Network (americanleadershipnetwork.com) concerning his teaching regarding the Constitutional "Ensign to the Nation". The Ensign is a new and innovative formula to help give our country direction and restore a vision back to our founding precepts and principles drawn from the Declaration of Independence and the preamble to the U.S. Constitution. Our goal at this juncture is to build a consensus of support for the Ensign and help participants gain a working application of it's contents as it pertains to contemporary issues. We seek wise and honest men and women who after examining the Ensign will put their hand to raising it as a standard to repair and will help build a groundswell of support for its adoption. Panelists Don Rogers, Jim Randelman, Frank Williams, an Jim Cabaniss will pose devil's advocate questions as well as positive comments supporting the Ensign. Jim Cabaniss will be the Panel Chairman.

Today we have Paula Michaud (dirtydecisions.com) speaking on the J.A.I.L for Judges initiative in Maine, the difficulties she's had in getting her legislators to listen, and how important it is that every citizen support efforts to get some sort of judicial accountability law passed to severly restrict or eliminate judicial immunity. Paula has posted petitions on her website and recently posted one she was sent, which calls for an investigation into judges in California. Attorney Richard Fine was thrown in jail, for an indefinite period, after he exposed corruption by the county and judges. No bail was allowed.

Today we have Bonnie Russell (USAjudges.com). After many years working in the legal field for police departments or attorneys, Bonnie Russell launched (FamilyLawcourts.com) and began focusing her media connections to assist Family Court litigants bring their story to more public awareness. Beginning with assisting DA’s prosecute fake attorneys, fake therapists and real judges who didn’t seem to mind, Bonnie was sued five times by a former attorney, Ron Lais.
