I tried to look up a lot of the information that was stated in the Sexual Education part in this book about effectiveness of condoms, and the information that was presented about the ineffectiveness of condoms was mis-represented in the book. The NIH with collaboration of the CDC reference 11 is incorrect or misinterpreted and the article no longer exists on the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease website and I could not find it on pubmed a predominate medical search data base.
