The Summer of 2009 will be one of purpose and physical challenge for Diane when she cycles more than 4,000 miles across America to raise awareness of the plight of battered women and to plant seeds of hope for families that have experienced domestic abuse. The Jersey Battered Women's Service is an organization which supported Diane through her personal journey out of domestic abuse and now she'd like to gave back to this organization. Join Diane in breaking the cycle of abuse by creating a new cycle of "Love, Peace and Joy" a seed at a time. Diane Robertson is a Body-for-Life Champion and an activist working to stem the tide of domestic abuse. Her heart is as big as her smile. Visit www.StarJumpsforJoy.com to be inspired, see what a star jump looks like, and to donate to this worthy cause. Diane’s supplying the pedal power for her journey, but she needs help to finance her minimal needs and expenses for the 10-week trek. If she didn’t have to ask for help, she wouldn’t. Over the years, she has financed her charitable activities on her own. But a trip of this magnitude is beyond her means. Please consider making a donation at http://www.starjumpsforjoy.com/Home_Page.php and check out her 4,000+ mile journey! If she's coming through your town, you won't want to miss this shooting star (jumper).
