My apologies - tonight's guest was not able to join us. And, unfortunately, the system did not allow me to edit the show description or delete the segment. Therefore, it was a re-cap of recent segments and guests and I shared some information about the history of "Soul Food" in America. I hope to re-schedule Chef Solomon on the program soon.
