Yes 'Bayo is my name (pr: Bio) and I'm glad that you decided to stop by.

There comes a point in time (and not just at the start of the year alone) when we decide "enough is enough!" - It's the time you decide you deserve something better for yourself.

All good intentions, however unless you make some changes to what you do now, everything from now onwards, is going to be pretty much the same as it has always been.

The problem isn't with you per se, it's with the lack of "follow through".
