Great show guys. Uncle- You're on the money w/ ex players being GMs in the NBA. Besides basketball, where else do you see this happening? It's rediculous! I mean, you don't see guys like Troy Aikman trying to be Jerry Reese. And look what happens when an ex player tries it- Matt Millen single handedly ruined the Lions. THe only guys in the NBA I can think of who are decent: Jerry West (but he didn't get right into that job) and Joe Dumars, but even he is looking miserable lately.

The List of ex players who make for horrid GMS is mind-boggling-- Mchale, Isiah, Jordon, Ainge (Sorry- getting a gift from ex-teamate Mchale does not make him good. He had the Celts going nowhere before that trade. THe list is rediculous. Maybe Ferry is a good one too, but anyone can look good when Lebron falls in your lap.
