Oh! that my young life were a lasting dream! My spirit not awakening, till the beam Of an Eternity should bring the morrow. Yes! tho' that long dream were of hopeless sorrow, 'Twere better than the cold reality Of waking life, to him whose heart must be, And hath been still, upon the lovely earth, A chaos of deep passion, from his birth. But should it be - that dream eternally Continuing - as dreams have been to me In my young boyhood - should it thus be given, 'Twere folly still to hope for higher Heaven. For I have revell'd, when the sun was bright I' the summer sky, in dreams of living light And loveliness, - have left my very heart In climes of my imagining, apart From mine own home, with beings that have been Of mine own thought - what more could I have seen? 'Twas once - and only once - and the wild hour From my remembrance shall not pass - some power Or spell had bound me - 'twas the chilly wind Came o'er me in the night, and left behind Its image on my spirit - or the moon Shone on my slumbers in her lofty noon Too coldly - or the st

John C. Williams and The Society for the Cultural Arts Mr. John C. Williams announced today, the formation of The Society for the Cultural Arts, a Colorado Non-Profit organization. Source: http://alanworks.net Through sponsorship of The Guild and The United Artists of New York, Alan Miller has launched a nationwide lecture series exploring the fundamental causations of conflicts in contemporary society, by the simple act of photographic artists recording all phases of the human drama. We can gather through understanding of the human spirit that prehistoric tribes carried the same talents that exist today. A blacken stick was pulled from the fire and was used to create marks on a cave wall, the skin, or to attempt to create an understanding of the cosmos. Thus began the record of recorded images. But by creating this simple act, a division between those with vision and those without was established. It also gave rise to the power of images whose survival through time can still impact our current society.

Contact Information: The Society for the Cultural Arts Mr. John C. Williams Founder The Society for the Cultural Arts Colorado 719-248-9857 My name is John C. Williams. I am 64 years old and live with my wife, Pamela. Been married to her for 42 years. Neither Alan or I have any children. We live on the outskirts of Canon {pronounced canyon} City whitch is south of Colo. Springs about 40 miles. I have an acre of land and keep 4 horses. Alan's wife and mother-in-law have Limosin cattle on their 3000 acre ranch which is just a few miles east of me. I spent about 15 years in Old Mexico both in Manzanillo whitch is south of Puerto Vallarta and home of the resort "Las Hadas" where the movie "10" was filmed, and then in Los Cabos at the tip of the Baja. I still have a house there. In January I founded the Society for the Cultural Arts, a non-profit company to assist younger aspiring artists. We are in the process of completing work on a building at the ranch which will serve as our center of operations. We also have a relationship with the Northern Cheyenne tribe in Lame Deer Montana. In the past we have solicited books and other educational materials from nearby schoools and libraries and shipped them to the reservation schools. A member of our board is a member of the tribe. This summer we hope to bring a busload of aspiring students down here for a week or so in order to expose them to artists in our area. Nearby Florence,Colo. is a sort of mini Taos, and is becoming a bustling art colony. Up to now our area was mainly known for all the prisons here including Super Max where the Unibomber a a host of terrorists are held. Even talk of transferring the Gitmo detainees here. This is also the home of the Royal Gorge, the highest bridge and most rafted river in the world. Come out anytime for a visit. We'd like to show you around. Our website shoud be up in a week or so. Inquiries can be sent here in the meantime. Thanks for everything. John “We will continue with our educational outreach programs,” stated founder Mr. John C. Williams, then added, ” but the SCA will be working with fierce urgency to address the issues of the financially disenfranchised in our community – identify workable solutions and then transform those solutions into action. I harbor no illusions, no one person can do it alone but collectively, we shall make a difference.” Alan Miller Award Winning Photographer- Lecturer www.alanworks.net

Living a life that was led by himself only brought about struggles and hardships. Knowing that he needed Jesus Christ and the Almighty Father in his life, he began seeking God. Humbled by what the Father has shown him, he has come to realize that without God, he is nothing. Currently CL is working on his ministry, teaching his youth at his church, FKEC (Frederick Korean Emmanuel Church), attending Washington Bible College, and working on his music. Using Christian rap as a tool, CL reaches out to youth, college, and young adults in hopes to spark an awakening in their hearts for Christ. He is being featured on a few Christian mixtapes and is currently working on his first album which is projected to be released in late Spring of ’09. CL’s main focus is not only to share his music but to share his journey in life which led him to Christ. He is really about building a ministry that goes beyond the stage.Ministry Statement: My ministry is focused on helping youth, college, and young adults break out from their own ways and begin to live in God's way. It’s hard to deny ourselves for God, but it is what we must do to follow Him. Then he said to them all (Jesus), "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me." - Luke 9:23 Focusing On: • Don’t try and fix your ways, just come to God (Come as you are) • Understand the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and what He went through for us • Take time to meditate on your current life (Self Examination) • The waging war between flesh and spirit (Our daily battle) • Begin to trust your life to God (Humble yourself) • Be a slave to righteousness, no long
