    A Mountain Built out of a Mole Hill


         The mastery of illusion is merely in ones ability to convince the masses to believe in what they are told to see. Complexity in understanding a given sinario gives raise to that illusion. The statement "a mountain built out of a mole hill" is true once one learns the simplicity and truth of how an illusion was done.

        Nearly eighty years ago research     was done by several doctors that produced Nobel prizes for that research. This achievement was accomplished because they believed in the idea that a straight line was the shortest distance between two points. Yet that work and proof of simplicity was buried and hidden and the illusion began.

        The illusion was conceived that a mountainous economical industry could be built and put in place and it was, as today this illusion is one of the largest economical hubbs in the world. The illusion? The disease industry!

         Numbers don't lie! From Forbes 500 2002 revenue figures the top 4 healthcare providers Cardinal, United, Amerisource and Wellpoint pulled in a combined $99.5 billion dollars. Those figures were dwarfed only by the pharmaceuticals Merck, Pfizer, Glaxo, Bayer, bristol-Myers, Pharmcia and Novartis raking in 196.5 billion in 2002. A one year combined total of $296 billion dollars . This equates to roughly $49.33 for every single soul on the planet.

         More important figures though are that during a ten year period of 1993 to 2003 more people died due to iatrogenic (doctor induced) then all American casualties of all wars ever fought to the tune of nearly 8 million. In the top spot of the Top ten list of causes of death is Heart Disease with a yearly average of 710,000 yet the true 1 cause not mentioned is the 780,000 deaths a year from medical mistakes. 12,000,000 Americans are now living with cancer. 400,000,000 globally have type 1 or type 2 diabetes which is estimated to grow to over 1,000,000,000 by 2012. Annual medication costs for each individual  with arthritis is $25,000.00 and $40,000.00 a year in Canada if you have Luekimia.

        Other figures include 50% of those 70 years old are or will be afflicted with Alzheimers , 50% of the global population are already suffering unknowingly from dysbiosis, in turn leading to other physiological disfunction ultimately causing death . Nearly 80% of all adults unknowingly suffer from acidosis which sets up the dominos to further cellular dysfunctional processes like heart disease, dementia (a de-cellularization and hollowing of the brain), osteoporosis (a demineralization and hollowing of bones),

        The illusion is beginning to fail as people suffering unneedlessly with cancer and other life ending diseases once their pockets have been emptied turn to find the mole hill. Once properly assessed and imbalances adjusted are cured of their disease.

        The mountainous illusions for heart disease is that only expensive synthetic drugs and a $50,000.00 cardio-vascular operation will save your life. Yet the mole hill of this illusion is that $50 spent on good ascorbates does a better job in that it solves the actual cause of heart disease. Though clogged arteries are the cause of the many complications of heart disease, such as high blood pressure etc., it is still just an effect of a deeper actual cause. Chemotherapy, radiation and physiologically torturous drugs are the illusionary mountain for cancer. The mole hill for cancer is the truth proven by the Nobel prize winning buried research I mentioned earlier. Cancer cells and even large tumors die inside of a few hours when their atmosphere or environment is replaced with an oxygenated rich one.

        Educated empowered individuals will bring about the evolution of the human race to disolve this illusion. When you see the actual miniscual survivor statistical rates for those who bought the illusion lock, stock and barrel, you can't help but to ask WHY with all the medical medicines and technology are people not surviving!
        The dictionary definition : med·i·cine : The science of diagnosing, treating, or preventing disease and other damage to the body or mind. There is the illusion. The mole hill is here at "The Human Restoration Project"

    The Question..?

       Quit unfortunately the word DIET on a sociological basis has been attached to weight loss or the need to manage what you eat for physical reasons. Although this is one of the dictionary definitions the greater meaning or bottom line of the word is that whatever we consume or ingest in the way of food solids or liquids is our diet. With an ever increasing problem of obesity globally, I've come to believe that the lack of knowledge of food and of eating is the actual cause. Now I'm no doctor and this is my opinion but it takes a degree as a dietitian to decipher what is actually required by our bodies on a daily basis.
        Society has adopted because of this lack of knowledge, the idea of what our body needs more in the way of amounts of food rather then by its true characteristics, such as calories, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, proteins, specific fats, and other nutrients. These are the raw fuels our bodies actually need and use geared to our physical activity.
        The simple truth about food and eating is the less you do the less you need to eat, because if you are not burning up what you filled the tank up with, it will save it for a rainy day/time of famine.
    We have over time conditioned ourselves with this amount of food concept as being what is important, to the point our bodies are graving more and more. This brings me to the point of Empty Food DIET!
        People have come to treat their expensive vehicles better than their own bodies, but the analogies are there. The empty foods we have adopted for our diets can be likened to running your car on a cheap blend or even something other then gas. It might run but it sure isn't healthy for it, in turn shortening its lifespan! We don't do this to our vehicles because they have become so expensive and we need them to last as long as possible.
        Once your body has given you the signal that it is in need of food, it doesn't define exactly what it requires, yet only reminds you that it is hungry. So we just put in food and more times than not these are of the nutritionally empty food category, containing little if any of the required substances to fuel our bodies. The point of focus here is that we need first to change our psychology on the process of eating in direct proportion to the purpose of eating!
        COMPLEX!?? You bet your ummm, aaaa, ummm, well your life it is.
                Proteins = (which break down)
             to peptides  ( wbd )
             to Amino Acids  ( wbd )
             to groups    ( wbd )
             to Amino group ( wbd )
             to Acid group   ( wbd )
             to atoms of
              -n  nitrogen
              -h  hydrogen
              -c  carbon
              -o  oxygen    ( wbd )
             to  electrons
             and protons

       Man OH MAN...no small wonder why we don't get IT and are diseasing like hell.
    Here's the BIG kicker....
    The naturally occurring amino acids that life itself is based on are-
    alanine
    arginine
    asparagine
    aspartic acid
    cysteine
    glutamine
    glutamic acid
    glycine
    histidine *
     isoleucine*
    leucine*
    lysine*
    methionine*
    phenylalanine*
    proline
    serine
    threonine*
    tryptophan*
    valine*
    tyrosine
    * = The eight essential Amino Acids your body depends on for life itself!
    If you are missing even one of the big eight in your daily diet consumption your internal physiological system is S O L and now out of BALANCE, BUT wait not to worry, as long as you know which one you skipped yesterday and also where and/or what to get it from today... and that cooking destroys two of those eight big AA's then your alright. BUT the fact is the average person couldn't tell you what one is, let alone describe what it is for and does or even how important they are.     Tryptophan and Lysine are destroyed at 111 to 118 degrees. This is just below medium rare industry standard temps. Your Lymphatic system uses the essential eight in varying formulas to produce the other twelve AA's. Amino Acids are your cells building blocks and repair systems.   
    That's the question you need to ask yourself !

    Ending Cancer & Disease...

         The importance of simplicity can not be expressed aggressively enough to swing public perception of what is possible when it comes to ending disease. The truth be told, we merely need what we are truly made of and exist on, to travel much further then current lifespans.

        To begin we need only to know and understand what disease is. With the correct question asked a direction can be plotted. "So what is disease?" Disease is a sign of the dysfunctional method adopted on a cellular basis for immediate survival, sacrificing our tomorrows for the here and now.

        We take in less and less, day to day of what is essential for our bodies to perform normal function, as secondary backup  processes are quickly adopted , driven by our DNA for survival. To our internal systems, it is not a choice made lightly, yet only done out of the instinctual need to go on, knowing that years have been cut off the end of our lives in doing so..

        With our daily intake consisting of fats, sugars, synthetic chemicals, improper amounts of poor quality water and synthetic drugs we are drifting further and further away from what we actually need. To clarify that statement I need but to outline what we are made up of and need for proper cellular function to take place.

    1./ Oxygen
    2./ Amino Acids / proteins
    3./ H2O in proper amounts and quality ( X2O )
    4./ Minerals
    5./ Vitamins
    6./ enzymes / biochemical catalysts

        When our bodies lack in any one of these from this short list, a dysfunctional process begins, creating a domino effect of cellular processes to the down side, giving raise to disease. Disease is simply cellular dysfunctional function, caused by having been forced to adapt to an immediate alternate process for survival in the here and right now.

         Our cells natural energy production system is suppose to run on an oxygen basis, yet most people today if tested would show a sugar fermentation process. In turn depleting the bottom three major components from the list above and staying far ahead of your body's ability to effectively use its' amino acids to build and or repair itself.  

        Our mass food supplies contain little of these vital essentials for human cell growth & repair. What little is left, is cooked out by means of over sterilization / over cooking of  food stuffs in the home. In turn creating consumption of empty foods. All washed down with acidic fluids, creating perfect environments for disease to begin and flourish in.

        How to end disease? We have perhaps come full circle in that you better understand what is needed for proper cell function and with proper cell function disease is ended. So look at the list above and ask yourself if you are getting each of those from the list presented in proper form and amounts....
