I want to talk about how life now seems to be slowly becoming an exercise in avoiding petty laws that then lead to petty fines and being registered as a CRIMINAL!

It used to be that to be a criminal you had to rob banks,,, beat some one up,,, burgle someone’s house,,, rob their car, drink drive, and so on and so on!

Here in the UK this week a 26 year old LOW INCOME married father of 4 was fined in his absence by the courts $250, he was also ordered to pay court cost of $200 and was also told to pay a $30 surcharge that will be paid into a fund to help victims of violence.

His crime - He left his bin out for collection and the lid was raised above its settled on the rim position by 4 inch’s due to the rubbish in it not being pushed down so the lid rested on the bags inside. The Court documents state it was 7 inch’s.

His weekly wage as a bus driver after tax and other deductions is approximately the same as this court imposed fine and cost for having his bin lid stuck up just 4 inch’s. So that family’s income to feed 2 adults and 4 kids and clothe them and pay the bills has gone!

These petty laws as intended have no effect at all on the rich!

There is now on the statue books a law brought in by Members Of Parliament who were voted in by the public that states you can be taken to court and fined up to $2,000 if you put your bin out on the street for collection before 7am. That actually make criminals of all the people on my road and all the roads around here where I live!

The question is though when will someone in charge decide that one of us is going to be used as an example to others to show ’WHO IS IN CHARGE!’

And that is why over the last 20-30 years all governments have at an escalating pace been bringing out petty minor laws that slowly but surely criminalize more and more people,,, they need to show Joe Public who is boss! And as we the ordinary people were not robbing banks, burgling houses or stealing cars, then they had to create small petty laws so that we would eventually in our lifetime break at least one!

Thought crimes are now official,,, if someone says that you hurt their feeling with something that you said or implied through word or writings then a charge can be brought against you! How can you defend yourself against a person who says their feelings have been hurt! If they say they are emotionally hurt, how can you in a court of law prove they are not!

And while liberals and conservatives in America argue about who is responsible for all these petty laws that slowly restrict who we are and how we live our lives more and more laws come into force and neither side realises that the philosophy of those who rule us has changed. They are neither of the left or right they are just RULERS!

In all western democracy’s now the 'Elitist' who work in government and politics now consider that their role in life is to be our masters, but first they have to break our spirit and diminish who we are! And they also have to squash and crush our independence and freedom of thought! We have to be made to feel grateful that they take on the task of looking after us and running our lives for us!

By making an example of that father of four and fining him a weeks income and threatening him with bailiffs who will seize and auction goods from his house if he does not pay his fines or even put him in jail, the officials have put the frightener’s on all the neighbours,,, it is no different from how the Mafia extort their victims.

They destroy someone’s life and business so that others are too fearful not to pay as the consequences of not paying are not something they can live with!

And who are governments ‘Enforcers’ - The police force!

I do not want to come across as a police hater,,, but they are becoming meaner and meaner decade by decade! They do not serve and protect the public anymore, they now constantly without any feeling chase people to improve their arrest/crime figures by arresting them because of these new numerous petty laws!

These new laws are manna from heaven for bully’s within the police force,,, and the police have more than their fair share of people who love hurting others or showing off with their power!
