  Often times in my life there did not seem to be enough words to explain my interior world as an intuitive empath. Intuitive Empaths have an amazingly detailed interior life while always trying to balance what the exterior world " is presenting to them". Not an easy task. Part of this could be related to so many years of focus and conditioning from the " exterior" world. Parts of our collective culture and valuing the interior world, that were common to all people, were lost throughout history and are just now re-emerging. Intuitive Empaths seem to be the catalyst group that are pavng the way for more liberated ways of handling and processing interactions. I will gve you a personal example of my own.
  
  I have never really known a day of life where I was not "aware" of everything in my surroundings. It sometimes felt as if everything were amplified: sight, sounds, memory, smell, taste, tactile everything.Sensing and relating to the emotions, and experiences of anyone in close contact seemed normal yet I knew there had to be a way to "not take on" the negative energy. Similarly, premonitions were abundant and the dream world was extraordinary. Words alone were difficult to describe my experiences. Unusual energy sensations were processed alone, until time would produce some who may understand. Life required a delicate balance somewhere between seclusion and feeling as if one were tossed on the tide of social interactions.
  
  The promising aspect for intuitive empaths is the best selling author and psychiatrist Dr. Judith Orloff has given insight, definition and is a pioneer in the field of energy medicine and living as an intuitive emapth. Dr. Orloff's books Intuitive Healing ,Second Sight ,Positive Energy, and soon to be released Emotional Freedom are remarkable.
