    Starr Sanders Update for the Month of January

    I'm just dropping by to update everyone on what has been going on with me since it has been nearly a month since I've blogged. I've been hard at work, editing the sequel to BloodLust: The Beginning. The sequel is titled BloodLust: Resurrection and is due for release this fall. I figured that I'd kept you guys waiting long enough. The editing process is pretty grueling; not only do I have to check the sequel for typos and grammatical errors, but also for consistency. I've read the first novel several times already, throughout the editing process for the sequel. I can't wait for you guys to read it! If you loved BloodLust: The Beginning, you will absolutely adore BloodLust: Resurrection. Don't worry - I will keep you guys posted on everything to do with the release of the sequel.

    When I'm not editing the BloodLust sequel, I am hard at work making sure to lay the groundwork for the promotion of Open Book, the debut romance comedy from my first pseudonym: Skye Sanders. I've recently discovered that this novel, which is slated for a March 2009 release, has advance copies for sale at: Buy Books on the Web. *jumps up and down and shouts to the world*

    lol...Sorry, had to get that out. I'm excited to have copies of Open Book available to my readers. There are many of you who have been hounding me for copies of this book, and the only copies I had were a few proof copies. Your wait is finally over!

    I have finally made it possible for readers to purchase copies of BloodLust: The Beginning directly from my site (www.starrsanders.com) with the assistance of a PayPal "Buy Now" button. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can send me an inquiry via the "Contact" page, and send payment to me via snail mail.

    I am reviewing convention and touring information to see which events I would like to attend this year. I'm excited to meet some of my readers and other industry professionals. I don't even think the word "excited" fully captures how I feel. I think "stoked" is more appropriate. I have to get back to work. The last tidbit I have for you guys is that once the BloodLust sequel is released, I have two young adult novels that are soon to follow before the year of 2009 is finished. This year I will be a very, very busy lady! But remember that I always have time for you guys.
