Franklin Carter is the spokesperson, cofounder & vice president of The Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations (ISGC), an organization established for the purpose of educating the public about Earth’s galactic visitors. He served in the Navy from 1955 to 1959 and was the host for Spacecraft News, a radio show in Phoenix, Arizona. He was also president and cofounder of the Institute for UFO Research, which convened conferences for abductees at the University of Wyoming. Having been an abductee himself, Carter has been on numerous talk shows all over the United States. Carter has been a participant in Dr. Steven Greer’s Disclosure Project, a highly acclaimed collection of interviews with numerous government and military personnel disclosing UFO information. Thus, it was during Carter’s service in the Navy as an Electronics Technician, specializing in radar repair…that his UFO experiences began and still continue today.
