I've listened to the first 3 shows from the archives, and my pc is so much healthier! I discovered that I only had 512Mb of RAM, (my PC is about 4 years old now), so obviously that was the first thing I addressed and I now have 1.5Gb. I regularly use spybot, spyware doctor, ad-aware and c-cleaner, and it's amazing how many tracking cookies keep getting added to my system! Thank you for sharing your expertise. I logged on to your show following your call to the Flylady, when you suggested she recommend you to her flybabies, well I would certainly recommend you - you both make things seem easy and do-able. I need to follow up now with the rest of your shows, and I'm sure I'll find even more useful stuff! Thank you so much. From Karen in the UK.
