This is such a good show--and much needed! Online security is so much easier than most people realize and so very important. Children, most of all, need to be protected but people of all ages can be victimized in some way! I talk to so many parents, every day, who barely know how use email--so they ignore what their kids are up to on the Internet. Don't be afraid of being ignorant. You can easily learn enough to keep your home, your finances, and your kids safe. Don't be an absentee cyber-parent when it comes to the online threats to your kids. Don't be that parent!! Don't be that cyber citizen!! Thanks, guys!!

    Wow, how fast can a year go by!

    There have been many changes here at Online Security Authority. Over the past year we have developed 3 new companies, and I have combined the OSA company with a really good friend of mine that was in the internet security world as well, we meet just a little while after we had our meetings, last year...
     
    My partner, David C. Ballard and I are doing business under our new company name: db Security, Inc.
     
    We still own OSA and it's doing very well. It has been in the Top 10 of Google and MSN for the search term "online security" for many months and we are continuing to add new visitors everyday...
     
     
     
    Very cool... this was a very big goal when we first started, so seeing this happen over the last 6 to 12 moths has been a great milestone, with this and many other great opportunities, there have also been many doors open...

    We are starting a brand new platform OSAradio.com beginning or Friday the 8th @ 7pm mst...

    He has opened my eyes to the world:

    Managed Security Service
    Cyberspace
    Cybercrime
    Cybersecurity
    HIPAA and GLBA compliancy
    Malicious Codes (viruses, spyware, worms, trojans and more...)
    Computer Security ...and more importantly the statistics of what's happening on the Internet with zombie computers/ botnets / bot herders etc.

    This idea of having our computers taken over and included in a network of zombie computers and used by a cybercriminals for organized crime is appealing...

    Today is the day folks, that we start to take back our internet and our cyberhoods and be (Responsible) cybercitizens...don't allow the Internet Mafia to use low level hoods (hackers) steal our personal property and our internet real estate anymore..
