    Gwen Richie and her husband Dr. Hugh Jenkins joinwd Llenar and Deborah on What's On Your/My Mind?! On NØT@NOON last Wednesday.  The topic related to being 100% accountable and responsible for your HEALTH!
     
     
    Gwen, a native of East Texas, started her company, Southern Transitions, to help people she grew up with and around make healthy changes in their diets.  She grew up on the southern diet that relied too heavily on meat, bread, potatoes and sweets.  Gwen who almost died twice from toxic overloads, changed her diet and lifestyle and now teaches others how to do the same.  Gwen has worked as a television news anchor, radio news announcer and been an account executive for a Fortune 500 company but finds that helping people heal is the most satisfying work she has done.
     
     
    Dr. Hugh A. Jenkins has been in private practice as a Naturopath for 25 years.  He has helped hundreds and hundreds of people heal from what are considered incurable diseases during his 25 year career in alternative health care.  His practice includes:
