But in high school he turned to the other family business the automotive repair. Mike has always enjoyed cars and racing of any sort, more about that later. After high school he joined the Air Force where he had a very successful career. Mike started off enlisted and earning college degree in his off duty time and was rewarded with a commission to be an Air Force officer. Has an officer he worked in munitions and aircraft maintenance and finally as a logistic officer specializing in foreign military sales. His travel took him too many countries. During this time Mike earned his Master Degree in Business. After retiring from the Air Force Mike wanted to return to his automotive roots so he started Alamo Autosports a high performance automotive company. Here he was successful in developing his own product line, retail and wholesale distribution network, an installation and custom shop, an auto club and magazine. Here the claim to fame was building a world record setting Bonneville Salt Flats car and a Silver State Classic Challenge winner. After eight successful years Mike sold the business. It was during the Alamo Autosports year he was introduced to networking with Amsoil, that was 22 years ago, and he still distributed Amsoil today. Amsoil has been very good so many people attempted to have Mike join their networking company. But he resisted because he wanted to remain focused on Amsoil. Until SendOutCards came along which he uses to compliment the Amsoil business.
