Author and Transformation Coach Lynn Serafinn hosts Canadian coach and author of the book “Midlife Mojo”, Frankie Picasso. Frankie will share her story of how a major motor cycle accident resulted in everything being taken away from her, which caused her to stop to reassess her life, and discover who she truly was. Now known as the “Unstoppable,” Frankie is an agent for change in helping people in midlife crack the eggshell of their true selves, so they can finally become the person they were meant to be, and answer the call of their own lives. A woman who says she now makes it a policy to “reinvent herself every few years”, Frankie will offer a practical prescription for how to get through your midlife crisis and come out the other end filled with personal “mojo” (a Congolese word for “life force”). As usual, Lynn will be reading her “Garden of the Soul Meditation” for the week.

In honour of breast cancer awareness month, author and Transformation Coach Lynn Serafinn hosts four brave women who have survived, or are currently working to survive, breast cancer. PART ONE of the show will feature two women who went the conventional route of surgery, chemo and radiation therapy. Cindy Papale was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 46. Now a survivor, her passion is to educate the young, which led her to write the book “The Empty Cup Runneth Over”. Survivor Linda Distler is a speaker and author of the book "Seize Your Opportunities" who is currently developing a service to give back to others who are seriously ill or know someone who is. Cindy and Linda will discuss the highs and lows of their healing process, and both the heartache and the gift of their illness. We will also look at the stigmas around breast cancer, its impact on the emotions and personal relationships. PART TWO of the show will feature two women who opted for the alternative (naturopathic) route for their cancer treatment. Thirteen-year cancer survivor Jane Harvey is a Reflexologist NLP & Time Line Therapy Master Practitioner and author of the book “Crack the Cancer Code”. Co-active coach Karen Maycey has completed a year of treatment for her cancer, and is on a strict natural healing regime. After a lumpectomy, both ladies embarked on a journey of self healing using nutrition, detoxification, supplementation, meditation, visualisation and emotional healing processes. Jayne and Karen and will share the challenges they have faced, including finding the right treatment, dealing with other people's judgments, and the commitment of both time and money. We truly hope that this special programme will not only inform you about the pros and cons of all the options available for the treatment of cancer, but that it will also provide you with hope, inspiration and choice, should you or someone in your life currently be suffering from the disease.
