The topic for this show will be Modifications and Loan programs for the consumer. Title will be "Stirring up the pot for mortgage loans" Patrick and I will vibe for 1 hour.. We will flow for modifications for approx 20-30 minutes, on the importance of getting documents, financial expectations, various states, compliance, etc.. Also break down the W2 client, versus self employed with various documents the lenders typically want. After that we will segway into some loan programs geared for the purchase client..
