This is one of the most interesting author interviews I have read/heard in ages. Val McDermid gives great insight into the motivation behind her books, the various series that she writes, and the writing process. The interview is extremely informative, well thought out and Ms. McDermid's wonderful sense of humor shines through. Though I've read some of her books, I haven't read Darker Domain-it's now on my list. Here's hoping that all of the Library LoveFest interviews this good.
