I am the mother of a trooper and heard Dee Dee Serpas, Ret. read her novel out loud tonight for 30 minutes it had us sitting on the edge of our seats. My mother is blind and since her book was not on audio. we commond Dee Dee for what she is doing and give her 5 stars for you interview and 5 stars for the reading of Behind the Badge in Atchafalaya Swamp. BRAVO!!!!!!!!

I Met Ret. Officer Serpas in Mississippi, I saw Dee Dee run out in the eye of Katrina to get her mothers Chevy Truck to turn on the satellite radio. Dee Dee is one brave person I hope you have her back soon.

Ret. Officer Serpas, sends her novels to soldiers in Iraq and Afganastan and also to wounded troops at walter reed. I thought the radio interview was teriffic. I hope you have her back again.
