Lagana Fitness  

Years before his earliest First Place award at the 1994 Ottawa Junior Men competition, Robert Lagana’s passion for fitness and training began. Mr. Lagana is an award-winning bodybuilder, N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer and Usui Reiki Ryoho Master, with close lineage to Dr. Usui. His business career began in 1995, when he and his business partner opened the doors to trendy wellness center, Paramount Physiques, in a popular Ottawa, Ontario retail plaza beneath the YW-YMCA fitness facility. In addition to managing his growing business, Lagana participated in and won countless bodybuilding competitions. Through his work, Lagana helps his clients increase their confidence, reach their goals and shatter their fears. Mr. Lagana is slated to receive his Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) degree this year. He’s also certified in Whole Food Nutrition. Mr. Lagana lives in Ottawa with his beautiful wife, Tamara, a certified fitness, diving and gymnastics coach.
