Knights Of Awakening  

This past weeks show was in celebration of Independence day, July 4th.  We Americans celebrate the 4th of July as a token of our independence from England back in 1776.  Independence day (July 4th) may be an American holiday, but that doesn't mean that we can't invite our friends from all over the world to celebrate the ideal of Independence and true freedom with us!

In the first hour, we talked about our hero of the week (Honorable mention).  This week was Captain Phillips of the Maersk Alabama and the Navy Seals that helped resuced him from his Pirate captives.  We also talked about Safety in the sun and with Fireworks.  We also talked about our "Online weekly" site of the week.  This week was about "Freeing your mind" in two steps.

We started the second hour talking about usacares.org we also discussed what causes barriers in our lives.  Most barriers are caused by ourselves, and some are caused by others.  We talked about the power of choice and "True Freedom".  David almost let some cats out of the bag, and we talked a little about the direction of the KOA.  David made a promise to all of us to give up Soda until he reaches a goal of 190 lbs.  This is a big step for David, a very brave step indeed!  I was honored that he decided to share this with me and all of us!  Finally we talked about titles and roles before we ran out of time for the show.  Was a great and fun show, don't forget to check us out every friday at 7PM/PST 10PM/EST.  Thanks for reading the blog and listening to our show.  See you next week!
