If you have been out from under a rock for more than 20 minutes you know that virtually everyone today believes they understand SEO. Now I am not saying they do not I believe we will discover there is much more to SEO than putting your key word in the title tag and using META tags. Let's talk about the SCIENCE of SEO and not the ART of SEO. Let's talk about streamlining code to maximize SEO. Let's talk about how design aspects affect SERP and, if you really do have a Ph.D. in heuristic algorithms with a term paper on Eigenspace in Cyberspace -let's hear it!

There is a saying that people don't own cats but rather cats own people. The same goes for a lot of "jobs". This 1 hour segment is all about you, about how to make your job (and the people at it) work for you regardless of your "level". This is not hocus pocus but little steps and attitudes you can practice and perfect to change your world. Maybe not overnight but definitely 1 minute at a time! I know, this deviates a little from my normal rip through finance, real estate, social marketing, and the rest of my little dog and pony show. In reality it ties right in with all of my years in management from team to corporation. Besides, it will be fun! Phone lines, as you know, will open precisely at 2PM Eastern.

Today's segment is :30 minutes - doubled to cover more ground. First go to http://files.meetup.com/425862/EmotionalCycles.pdf and download that PDF because we are going to look at these emotional cycles. Understanding these, and where we are as a nation, where you are and where your clients are will definitely make a change in how you deal and react.

Real Estate professionals, licensed and otherwise, are suffering from "deer in headlights" syndrome for very good reason: the mortgage industry has morphed into a state barely resembling its former self. Since we only have 15 minutes let me cut through the smoke and bottom line it for you. We'll also touch on RESPA reform which was finally announced on 11/12
